Wanted (Warner Bros. Interactive; PS3, 360) (2008)
Yes, it's another video game based on a movie based on a comic book. But before you head for the parking lot, know this: the game is actually looking like nine kinds of awesome. The level that we saw last week featured a shootout aboard an airborn 747. True to the source material, you can curve bullets from coach to business class to take down enemies. Better yet: shoot out a nearby hatch, and watch said enemies get sucked out into the wild, blue yonder. ("Write if you get worrrrrk!")
Wanted is produced by Pete Wanat, a.k.a. the man who not only made the awesome
Chronicles of Riddick game, he's also the guy responsible for saving the
Scarface game from totally sucking.
