Gordon Ramsay might just be our favorite person in the entire world. Now that we can watch him make people cry on two shows, we think it's about time he replaced Simon Cowell atop the "rude British guy" totem pole. Read our review!
 2. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
With episode names like "Mac Bangs Dennis' Mom" and "The Gang Finds a Dumpster Baby," you know it has to be good. Plus, it's on FX, so you can giggle every time they say "crap." Read our review!
 3. 30 Rock
We didn't fully feel the sting of the writers' strike until we lost this show. Especially when we learned that the cast went ahead and performed an episode live in New York. We were tempted to go, but we decided to take one for the writers' team. Plus, we're lazy. Read our review!
 4. Prison Break
This show returned to its former glory, thanks mostly to an awesome location in a Panamanian prison run by the inmates. With Scofield on the inside this time around, it's up to him to figure out why he's been locked up, and to answer the even bigger question: How can he get rid of his perpetually furrowed brow?  5. South Park
Eleven seasons later, Trey Parker and Matt Stone are still going strong. This season's episode on Guitar Hero is probably the best half hour we've spent since the Stop And Stuff All-You-Can-Eat buffet on the corner closed. Read our review!
 6. Man vs. Wild
We barely even go outside, so the idea of a few days in the wilderness scares the crap out of us. But we don't have any problem watching Bear Grylls tempt death. We raise our glasses of elephant-crap water to you! Check out the official site!
 7. The Ultimate Fighter: Team Hughes vs. Team Serra
The only thing better than UFC-style ass-kicking is UFC-style ass-kicking on cable television every week. Check out the official site!
 8. The Sarah Silverman Program
We've spent our lives searching for a woman who talks about vagina as much as we do, and Sarah just might be the one. Now in the second season of her show, we can only hope she continues being tactless, classless, and (hopefully) braless. Read our review!
 9. Brotherhood
If you can't afford Showtime, you should do yourself a favor and check this show out on DVD. (OK, download it, you cheap prick.) It's all the things The Sopranos wasn't toward the end—smart, engaging, and Irish. Read our review!
 10. The Colbert Report
Colbert is without doubt one of the funniest dudes on television. It's just a shame that his show made us realize how average Jon Stewart has become. Read our review!
