Barely legal, bilingual, and hot.
On the one hand, this year's Hometown Hotties contest has put an unfortunate limit on who can enter. While having a beer sponsor is wonderful for us (hi, cherished Icehouse executives!), it also means no one under 21 years of age can participate. On the other hand—more hot content for me!
Like "Brit Bliss," Fabiana Foglia is an underage hottie to be reckoned with. On the verge of turning 21 in May, she is exploding with hotness and style. She is studying to be a fashion designer in Miami. And from what we can see, the program is treating her very well. This native Puerto Rican is fluent in several languages, and is working toward adding Portuguese to the list. Que caliente!
