Inside the Russian Standard Distillery with Alina Ivanova

Little did I know when I woke up this morning that I was about to embark on what was one of the best days of my life. Our first shoot location was in The Russian Standard Vodka distillery. The state-of-the-art building is an impressive piece of art on its own, and is home base for all the vodka produced by Russian Standard.

The setting: A gorgeous, stainless steel, pristine and perfect environment to brew your favorite vodka. It was a grey day with a chill that we hadn’t felt since we arrived in Russia. The smoke stacks around the plant released a fog outside as we readied ourselves for another photo shoot inside. This time, our flawless Russian model was Alina Ivanova, and the rest of the crew was in surgical smocks! Yup, we all had to work in full smocks (blue jackets down to the floor and hair nets). We almost lost it (VIDEO TO COME). The energy was unbeatable—or so I thought. Our second photo shoot of the day proved otherwise. We’re at the halfway point of our Russian excursion and the party is getting good. Besides drinking all the Russian Standard vodka we could hope for, and eating at the finest restaurants and most opulent clubs, our hosts at Russian Standard have hooked us up with the country’s hottest girls--which in the land of long legged blondes and supermodels is saying a lot. Shooting all the former Miss Russia contestants has just wrapped up in Moscow and we’re off to its northern neighbor, St. Petersburg. Take a sneak peek at all the sexy to come – the girls’ shoes come off, while we drop the blanket and take things to another level. Make sure to check back next week for more!

Stairway to Heaven...

Last week we explored the infamous Soho Rooms with the lovely Anna Vtorova. This week I double your pleasure by adding the dashing Diana Yenikeeva (another former Miss Russian Pageant contestant). It’s still Day Three and now we take you deeper through the halls of this sexy night club with a sexy new host! We have two hours to get the goods before our flight to St. Petersburg, so we have to move fast. Good thing women can work in heels!

Now we say our farewell to Moscow (the city has been good to us) and hit the road to the airport. We are halfway through our Russian experience but don’t fret! If you like what you’ve seen, then you must check back because we have lots of goodies in store for you! With five more outrageous Russian models and an entire new city to explore it’s safe to say that we are just getting started. Not to mention all the Russian Standard vodka that you can imagine. Literally… we photographed Alina Ivanova in their vodka distillery. It’s a shoot you can’t miss!
