Denzel Washington won an Oscar for his performance in 2001’s Training Day, but Eva’s brief nude scene made her one of Hollywood’s most buzzed-about leading ladies. The L.A.-raised Cuban-American went on to star opposite Matt Damon in Stuck on You, Will Smith in Hitch, and Joaquin Phoenix in We Own the Night, and became the only woman ever to grace Maxim’s cover twice in one year (February and November 2007).
