2 oz. The Black Grouse


.5 oz. Molasses


.5 oz. Kümmel liqueur


4 oz. Hot black coffee


Heat the first three ingredients; pour into a heated tempered-glass mug, and top with hot coffee. Top with about one ounce of lightly whipped (thickened, really) cream spiked with absinthe.
