Blackbird Swizzle

2 oz. The Black Grouse
.75 oz. Lime Juice
.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
.5 oz. Orgeat Syrup
.25 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
Angostura Bitters
Mole Bitters

Swizzle/whip shake on 3 kold draft cubes in a tall fluted pilsner glass filled with crushed ice. Top heavily with dashed angostura and mole bitters. Add more crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.

.75 oz. Cynar
.25 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Dash Grapefruit Bitters

Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top with a splash of soda, garnish with a grapefruit twist.

The Honey Pot

1 oz. Honeysuckle and Citrus Syrup
.5 oz. Barenjager Honey Liqueur
1 Dash Peychaud's Bitters

Combine all ingredients (except bitters) and shake over ice. Double strain and garnish with one dash of Peychaud's Bitters.

.25 oz Marie Brizard Creme de Cacao
2 Dashes Celery Bitters

Stir all and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with small lemon peel.

.75 oz. Fresh-Squeezed Lemon Juice

Pour The Black Grouse, espresso/honey, Amaretto liqueur and lemon juice into a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a sugar/cayenne/espresso rim.

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
