These modern twists on the 'rita will get you through Hump Day. 
In a shaker, combine:
3 pieces muddled jalapeño (no seeds)
1 ½ oz Casamigos Silver Tequila
½ oz Cointreau
2 oz fresh lime juice
Top with ice and shake. Serve in a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with a jalapeno slice.
2 sprays Casamigos Reposado in rocks glass
2 dashes Bittermens Grapefruit bitters
½ Tsp Agave
1 oz Dolin Blanc GF infusion
2 oz Casamigos Reposado
Stir all ingredients, and serve in a coupe with a grapefruit twist garnish.
