Today's buzz is a delicious gin cocktail that's a bit fancy and a lot British.
It's the Bramble, from NYC restaurant, The Peacock.
The Peacock's Bramble
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz Tanqueray
Muddle the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice, and strain into a julep glass or a 12 oz. rocks glass. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh blackberry.
