The Daily Heat Index: A Dead Character is Returning to Game of Thrones, But Which One?

Plus, Natalie Dormer dishes on Margaery’s role next season, and we watch a GoT-inspired weather report.

Here’s a daily dose of what’s heating up the internet:

Revival of the Fittest

Plenty of people have bit the dust on HBO’s Game of Thrones, leaving some audiences members unhappy about their favorite characters’ demise. But not all deaths have to stick. Deadwood star Ian McShane is set to hit the series come season 6 as an unknown character, only stating that, “I am responsible for bringing somebody back that you think you’re never going to see again. I’ll leave it at that.” Of course, this statement causes tons of speculation, leaving it up in the air as to which formerly deceased cast member will be back for another season of GoT. The obvious choice goes to Kit Harrington’s Jon Snow, but how obvious is too obvious? Spring is coming, but it can’t come soon enough.

Margaery Reveals her Fate

On The Late Show with James Corden, Natalie Dormer spills the beans that things may go from bad to worse for her GoT character. “Cersei will be the least of her problems,” Dormer admits. Watch more from the interview below, as well as get the lowdown on Ty Burrell’s hopes for ethical dragon treatment worldwide.

Feel the Chill

Being a meteorologist is apparently way more fun in Finland. MTV3 weatherman Pekka Pouta donned full Ned Stark gear to give an ominous “Winter Is Coming” report. And well, it is.
