Here's the holiday dessert you'll really need!
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces Amontillado Sherry
3 oz Jaillance Clairette de Die
Muddle 2 orange slices in 1/2 ounce simple syrup, then add 2 ounces of dry Sherry. Shake dry ingredients and strain over crushed ice in a Collins glass. Top off with 3 ounces Jaillance Clairette de Die. Finish with freshly grated cinnamon, and garnish with an orange slice and cinnamon stick.
