Death in the Afternoon

Recipe by Executive Chef/Managing Partner Michael Lomonaco, Center Bar

Ingredients: 

1 ½ oz. Absinthe

4 oz. Brut Champagne

Method:

Pour absinthe into a champagne flute and add iced brut champagne. Serve in a flute glass.
