Swift’s Attic The Reunited:


1 oz. Original Gangster brandy


1 oz. Cointreau


1 oz. sage-infused simple syrup


1 oz. fresh lemon juice


Fresh muddled peach slices


2 dashes peach bitters

Bar Mirabeau‘s Pear Bottomed Girl:


1.5 oz Belvedere Lemon


.5 oz St. Germain


2 oz pear puree


2 lemon wedges, squeezed


Fresh cracked pepper


Put alcohol ingredients and pear puree in a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Squeeze lemon wedges and garnish with cracked pepper.
