KCCO Black Lager

This brew is one smooth operator. In fact, it’s one brewth operator.

Today’s buzz is a combo project from Red Hook and Resignation Brewery, KCCO Black Lager

This dark lager has smoky notes of chocolate and coffee. We like it with a full breakfast (eggs, french toast, regular toast, bacon, pancakes, sausage links, waffles, sausage patties… the usual) because unlike a stout, it’s pretty light and refreshing.

In fact, it’s so light that it’s got an ABV of 5.1%, so skip your cappuccino at brunch and have another one of these!
