Today’s buzz is a delicious gin cocktail that’s a bit fancy and a lot British.

It’s the Bramble, from NYC restaurant, The Peacock



The Peacock’s Bramble


Ingredients:


3 blackberries

.75 oz lemon juice

.75 oz simple syrup

1.5 oz Tanqueray

Directions:

Muddle the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice, and strain into a julep glass or a 12 oz. rocks glass. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh blackberry.
