Sailor Jerry’s Fatty Hellfire

With a name like that, why drink anything else?

Look alive! Drink this magical potion of pepper, ginger, lime, and rum!


It’s delicious, spicy, fruity, and the perfect sipper (or gulper) for the premiere of Black Sails!

Fatty Hellfire


Ingredients:

3 dashes of Tabasco sauce


.25 oz. ginger syrup

.5 oz. lime juice

1.5 oz. Sailor Jerry rum


Regatta Ginger Beer


Fire Island Sea Salt Ale


Lime wedge

Directions:


Swirl the Tabasco, ginger syrup, lime juice, and rum in a pint glass. Add ice cubes. Then, in equal proportions, fill the rest of the glass with Regatta Ginger Beer and Fire Island Sea Salt Ale. Garnish with a lime wedge and drink with a straw.
