Watch the Foreboding ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 6 Teaser

All men must die.

The first teaser for Game of Thrones Season 6 leaked early on Sunday ahead of its scheduled Sunday evening release. It doesn’t have any footage from the new season (at least as far as we can tell) but does have some pretty ominous imagery.

The atmospheric trailer is all about death: A slow pan through the Hall of Faces shows the death masks of definitely-dead characters Ned Stark, Catelyn Stark, Joffrey Baratheon and the maybe-dead Jon Snow. We also saw Tyrion Lannister and Daenerys Targaryen: soon to be dead? 

It sure does feels like another chapter in the long, slow tease about Jon Snow’s fate. And even though we know they are messing with our  heads, we’re worried about Tyrion. Game of Thrones wouldn’t be the same without Peter Dinklage. 

Season 6 returns on Sunday, April 24.
