The Poster for James Gandolfini’s Last Movie, “Enough Said”, Makes Us Miss Him More

It’s Tony Soprano’s last leading role, so we’re considering this a must-see.

When James Gandolfini passed away suddenly last month, we took it pretty hard. Tony Soprano is Maxim’s favorite TV character of all time (sorry, Homer!), and the man who brought him to life was truly one of a kind. Now, the poster for his last movie, Enough Said, has hit the Internet, and we’re reminded all over again about our loss. He stars opposite Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who played one of our other favorite TV characters of all time. Here’s the film’s official plot summary: 

“Eva (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) is a divorced soon-to-be empty-nester wondering about her next act. Then she meets Marianne (Catherine Keener), the embodiment of her perfect self. Armed with a restored outlook on being middle-aged and single, Eva decides to take a chance on her new love interest Albert (James Gandolfini)—a sweet, funny, and like-minded man. Things get complicated when Eva discovers that Albert is in fact the dreaded ex–husband of Marianne. This sharp insightful comedy follows Eva as she humorously tries to secretly juggle both relationships and wonders whether her new favorite friend’s disastrous ex can be her cue for happiness.”

OK, so it sounds like his “sweet, funny” character, Albert, is a far cry from theoften violent andperennially philandering mob boss of North Jersey, but we’re still gonna check this one out when it hits theaters sometime next year…and maybe we’ll sneak a little gabagool into the theater.
