Watch Jason Statham Kick Some Ass in This Exclusive Clip From “Homefront”

The movie is in theaters on November 27.

Here is something that you may or may not know: Sylvestor Stallone wrote a screenplay, and the result is a movie starring Jason Statham, Winona Ryder, and James Franco as a meth kingpin named Gator. (If you saw Franco as Alien in Spring Breakers, then you understand that this is probably going to be the most epic role of his career.)


The basic plot is thus: Statham plays Phil Broker, a low-on-the-totem-pole DEA agent who finds himself in a bit of a pickle after crossing paths with Gator and his crew of drug traffickers. Statham then proceeds to beat the shit out of a lot of bad guys. In keeping with its Stallonian roots (“Stallonian” is a thing, right?), the movie doesn’t rely on CGI or other fancy special effects; it’s just a good, old-fashioned ass-kicking flick about the lengths a man will go to to protect his family. Thanksgiving fun for the whole family!
