College Cheerleader Sinks Absolutely Bonkers Half-Court Shot

Imagine what she’ll do when she goes pro. 

The half-court shot bar has officially been raised.

A cheerleader from William Carey University, an NAIA school in Hattiesburg, Miss., took things to a whole ‘nother level Thursday night at halftime of its game against Auburn University at Montgomery.

Ashlee Arnau takes a few running steps, does a front flip, grabs the basketball and sends it flying toward the basket on her way back up. Miraculously, it goes in, and the crowd responds appropriately by freaking out.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen something like this.

But in that video, the kid was already holding the ball, which is much easier than grabbing it in the middle of a flip. And even though it was a longer shot, who knows how many times it took him to pull it off. Even then, hardly anybody seemed to be paying attention until it went down.
