WATCH: This Hilarious ‘Spotlight’ Parody Exposes the Truth About Boston

“Dammit, why do we live in this city?”

Everyone who’s ever spent any amount of time in Boston will get a kick out of the new parody of the Oscar-nominated movie Spotlight, about a group of investigative reporters who exposed decades of covered-up sexual abuse in the Catholic Church.

In the parody — called Spawtlight — from Above Average, the reporters are working on exposing another hidden truth about Boston: It’s “a pathetic shit town.” Oh, and Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is garbage.
