May's almost over. The Memorial Day weekend was sunny here on the east coast, and if you've been working out for the last 4 weeks you're at least in better shape than you were. Hopefully you're well on your way to strolling down beach boardwalks in your trunks with tees tucked in waistbands scouting skirt.
If you still haven't hit the gym since high school you should get on that, but perhaps what you need is a quick fix to help kick start the svelte-ing. You might have heard of these 'cleanses'. They involve no solid food for anywhere from a few days to weeks. That means no burgers, wings, fries. Not even so much as a potato chip. It takes will power, and perhaps a burly person present and standing by to bar your path as you break for the nearest Burger King.
The Blueprint Cleanse is one of the best. They have three to choose from: Renovation, Foundation, and Excavation aka basic, intermediate, and expert. The basic cleanse is colorful, but they get greener and greener the higher you go. That's the green juice. A blended beverage of cucumbers, celery, and parsley. That might take some getting used to. We suggest you start basic.
