The Skinned Gin

Ingredients


-Gin


-Turkey skin


-Lemon juice


-Club soda

-Basil

Directions:


Place basil and lemon juice in a mixing glass and shake. Add gin and ice, and shake until the mixture is combined. Pour into a Collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a slice of salty turkey skin. 

The Saucy Cranberry

Ingredients:


-Vodka 


-Cranberry sauce


-Lime juice


-Orange juice

Directions


Muddle the cranberry sauce. Once finished, add vodka, lime juice, and orange juice into a mixing glass and stir. Combine the mixture with the cranberry sauce and pour into a Collins glass. Serve over ice and garnish with an orange slice. 

Jack’s Pumpkin Spice

Ingredients:


-Whiskey


-Pumpkin pie (no crust)


-Cinnamon and sugar mix 

Directions:


Rim a low-ball glass with the cinnamon and sugar mix. Muddle the leftover pie slice and pour it into the glass. Add whiskey and stir. Serve over ice.

Apple Cream Pie

Ingredients:

-Rum

-Apples from apple pie (remove crusts)

-Whipped cream

-Mint chocolate shillings 

Directions:

Muddle apples and combine with rum in a cocktail glass. Top off with a pile of delicious whipped cream and scattered mint chocolate shillings.
