5 slices fresh ginger
½ a lime, quartered
1 oz. simple syrup
El Yucateco green chili habanero sauce
1.5 oz. dark rum
Club soda
Candied ginger
In a pint glass, muddle the ginger, lime, simple syrup, and a few dashes of the chili sauce. Add rum. Fill glass with ice, top with soda, stir. Garnish with lime and candied ginger.
