Mister Cartoon Teams With Photog Jonathan Mannion

Tattoo great Mister Cartoon, who's inked the bodies of Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Eminem, and Travis Barker, among others, recently visited NYC to promote his new MetroPCS mobile phone.
