Monica Hansen, who has graced both Maxim and Stuff with her ample presence, recently sued her plastic surgeon, Dr. Leonard M. Hochstein, for illegally posting her pictures on his website to help grow his business.
He's since removed the photos, but she claimed the damage had already been done. Since the former Miss Norway never gave her consent, she sued him for compensation for an ethical infringement on her rights and won...to the tune of $564,555!
The big question behind the lawsuit is, "Did Monica get implants?" Seems as if that's a mystery only you can determine.
