Sure, your friends will prob bring a few bags of chips, and you could compliment their efforts with a batch of your famous seven layer dip; but, do you really want to send everyone packing for 2010 doubled over with gas pains? Certainly not. This is new years, for crying out loud, so serve something completely unexpected and totally memorable.

Scatter some green bottles of Heineken in the ice as well and guests will think they've stumbled across a lost treasure of indulgence.
