Wearing an SLR around your neck for an extended period of time is, admittedly, a total pain in the ass, but there's no amount of discomfort that could justifty strapping yourself into one of these hideous harnesses. According to the site, you can wear the bag in a variety of different ways, like on your back or like a messenger bag, but they chose to put that photo in the press release and now they have to live with that decision. Nothing primes me for buying a new camera bag like a picture of a lumpy old man wearing a mustard yellow fanny pack on his chest. I'm sure you feel the same. I'm sure it's a very good bag, though.
