Infinity Ward's follow-up to the 2007 Game of the Year has its day of reckoning. The game's release date was announced at the conclusion of the Games Developers Conference and sent millions of COD recruits into a tizzy. While the teaser trailer above doesn't really show much in the way of how the game will play, we did catch glimpses of helicopters, tanks, and F-16s making their way across the screen.

What does all of this mean? Should there be usable vehicles in the upcoming sequel—rather than just having the abiity to randomly call in air support—IW should just go ahead and clear some shelf space for more end-of-the-year awards.
