With its June 9 release date creeping closer and closer, Batman: Arkham Asylum and its developers have given us yet another reason to contemplate why we're so serious. We got a chance to visit Warner Bros. and watch a stand-in play through some of the game's levels, but a new video brings all of the spandex-laden, batarang-throwing action to the masses.
A heavily-accented Brit from Rocksteady Studios showcases a generous six minutes of the Bat swinging, scheming, and tip-toeing his way around The Joker's henchmen in "Predator Mode," an infrared-powered strategy mode. We like the different approach taken from previous beat-em-up superhero games, giving players the option to either utilize Batman's tricks and gadgets to corner baddies or just go in fast and furious with mixed martial arts and hand-to-hand combat.
