Game Platform:
PS3
If your friends have nicknames like "Ice," "Goose," and "Jester," then Blazing Angels' virtual unfriendly skies were made for you, flyboy. You play the game as an American fighter pilot stationed in England during WWII. The 25 airsick-inducing missions have you protecting ground convoys, busting bunkers, and running bombing runs. Despite the fact that the game makes use of the PS3's tilt-tastic SixAxis control, we still preferred using the old-fashioned analog sticks for all of our high-flying duties. The PS3 version sports two extra missions and 10 bonus planes, but if you already played the game earlier this year on the Xbox 360, playing through the entire game again is about as much fun as a layover at O'Hare.
