Since it wouldn't be politically correct to state outright that the Japanese have one of the weirdest frickin' cultures on earth (but, man, do they ever), we'll let the freaks in Galactic Wrestling speak for us. Forty-eight different wrestlers take the ring in this game; among them, a dude in a gazelle suit named Dik Dik Van Dik (a name so nice, you gotta say it twice), the Blackhole (whose face is a…um, gaping void), and a maple-leaf-headed Canadian called the Manitoban (he's Canadian; make up your own joke). Each has an array of face-smashing, toe-twisting maneuvers and a ridiculous signature move available after you max out the power meter. Some of the better moves defy gravity and reason—such as the four-man pile driver. The game doesn't reveal who these freaks are or why they're fighting, but extensive research has revealed they're based on a line of rubber toys and a disturbing '80s TV show. And before you ask, no, it's not Growing Pains.
