A few nasty crime families are trying to take over the city, and its up to you to decide which one youd like to impress. Each one has its own agenda, so car-jacking might raise the eyebrows of one, while widespread and random gangland murders will warm the rotten hearts of another. And hell, if you get bored between jobs you can just run over or fry a few innocent people along the way just for kicks and hard cash. The action is viewed from high above, letting you see most of whats going on in the 3-D city, but this view makes the carnage far too impersonal. After all, what fun is committing all of this virtual crime without the benefit of seeing your heartless, brutal destruction up close? Apart from that, the gameplay is pretty smooth and the action relatively fast and furious. So crank up your sound system and make with the jacking.
