We're not usually big on turn-based role-playing games around here. But this is a slow week, and there's nothing good on TV, so we gave this thing a whirl. You play as a knot-browed 1,000-year-old dude who has long, luxurious, just-conditioned hair. His name: Kaim. The game's story is certainly ambitious, taking you through all phases of Kaim's life. He falls in and out of love. Monsters attack him. He fixes himself a sandwich. More monsters attack him. Anyway, you get the idea. Fifty hours of game play is spread across four discs. That's rightwe said FOUR. And there is a shit ton of last-gen-style load screens, which pretty much kills any fun we might have been having.
