Release Date:
06/24/2008
Game Platform:
DS
The Skinny: There is no skinny because game developers think you're all fatwhich is true.
The Good: The game comes with a nifty pedometer that tracks your steps and then reports it all back to the game.
The Bad: If you're using this to keep the weight off, your problems are bigger than a DS screen. The challenges are way too easy and don't adequately support a normal weight loss regimen. For example, the game asks you to do 10 sit-ups and 10 jumping jacks, which may knock out that potato chip you had with lunch, but not the rest of the bag.
Hunger Pains: After a day of "playing" the game, our test subject proclaimed, "That's it. I'm not doing this anymore." Then she asked us for a Cheez-It.
Buy, Rent, or Disembowel? You'll probably burn more calories disemboweling this game than playing it.
