We took a break from designing our "FREE ISIAH" T-shirts to give the latest b-ball sim from Sony a spin. If you've got a 1080p HDTV, then this game, in all of its 1080p glory, will look supremely sweet on it. Fortunately, the players are 29 percent less sweaty this year than they were last year. The new Free6 control system let's you maneuver your player's hands by tilting the SixAxis. Tilt backward to get those hands high and block passes; tilt forward to keep the hands down and clog dribbling lanes. You can also designate a "go-to" guy by hitting the L1 button, and all your plays will be built around that particular dude. No trade restrictions makes the game a bit too easy, and the minigames are basically identical to last year's offerings. But overall, this game retains its title as the most underrated NBA sim on the market.
