Prince of Persia: Warrior Within

In a premise with absolutely no real-life parallels, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time has spawned a sequel compelling us to return to the Middle East. This time you discover you are destined to die, which leads you to journey back in time to shape a future more to your liking (i.e., one that doesn’t kill you). You get to use 50 time-warping weapons (yes, this would have been very sweet in high school), and much of the game will have you jumping back and forth between crumbling city ruins and an older, less corrupted empire. With the freedom to customize your own fighting style, maybe you'll make it through the odd heavy-metal soundtrack and change your fate—if not, there are always cheat guides.
