You cant judge a game by its cover. Case in point: Resident Evil Outbreak File #2, which looks like another Raccoon City zombiefest. Unfortunately, you can have more fun with the walking dead at a neighborhood nursing home. As one of eight stereotyped survivors of an infection outbreak (our personal favorite: the jive-talking subway worker who likes to "play dead"), you team up with online pals to escape from the city before the government can pull a Hiroshima. Offline, you can look forward to AI companions dumber than cheese that stand by and mumble as your character is ripped to shreds. The graphics are certainly impressivebut a pretty face doesn't always mean a good time in the sack. REOF2 inspires as much boredom as fear, and possibly boasts the most tedious tutorial in game history ("ATTENTION! Take the file.") Next time there's a zombie epidemic, Capcom should drop the bomb immediately.
