While anime fever constantly mutates from one Don King marriage of bad hair and big tempers to another, Dragon Ball always has managed to reign with some sort of supremacy. It's the over-the-top pyrotechnics of our 18 ill-dressed fighters that evolves the action from classics like Street Fighter, complete with ground and midair combat options. But mostly it's the ill dress.
