Remember when M.C. Hammer owned a mansion with a bowling alley in the basement? And you owned an M.C. Hammer album? Those were the days. Now you can have a bowling alley in your basement, thanks to this fine disc. Brunswick Pro Bowling lets you create your own virtual bowler—we strongly suggest that you give him a big porn star mustache—equip him with one of those creepy single-hand leather gloves, then take him on a quest to become a pro bowler, so that people everywhere can glimpse you as they channel-surf by ESPN2 on Sunday afternoons. Still, monitoring oil patterns on lanes isn't exactly our idea of a good time. And we totally would have given the disc an extra star, if only it came bundled with a complimentary bottle of Miller High Life. Then again, that's true of most games…
