The Skinny: Well now, isn't this a pleasant little surprise? The Jason Bourne man-on-the-run trilogy of flicks makes for surprisingly ideal video game fodder. The game preserves all the best parts of the flicks (you'll kick some ass in the U.S. Embassy) and leaves out the less appealing elements (Matt Damon's face).

The Good: The fights are brutal displays of pugilistic wonderment. Find yourself near a neon sign? You'll be shoving some jackass' head through it in three, two, one…

The Bad: We'd rather have lit matches thrown at us than have to suffer through the game's terrible driving level. Why does our car control like we're trying to steer Kirstie Alley away from an Arby's?

Franka Potente Alert: She lends her likeness and voice to the game as Bourne's love interest, Marie. Franka, we love you and your European ways, even though you have a vaguely man-sounding name.

Buy, Rent, or Disembowel? A solid rental. Without any online component, special unlockables, or really anything more to do after the game's seven-hour completion time, you might as well put the 60 bucks you'd spend on this game toward buying the trilogy on DVD.
