The Skinny: Buckle up! No reallyyou're going to be off-road racing. You should really buckle up.
The Good: The create-a-ride feature is by far the most interesting part of the game. As you progress through the circuit and win more races, more parts will be unlocked for use, giving you the ability to create more than 60,000 permutations of your vehicle. The actual racing gameplay consists of stuff you'd expect from offroad racinglots of weird turns, mudpuddles, and a-holes opponents trying to ram you off the mountain. If you're looking to mix things up a bit, you can tackle each course for both stunt and speed records.
The Bad: With Baja: Edge of Control, MotorStorm, and MX vs. ATV gearing up for their own release, you may or may not feel the need for more offroad racing games this year.
Watch Your Step! The visuals in the game, especially leaping off the more treacherous cliffs, are so good they'll cure your fear of heights.
