The Skinny: Nathan Drake and his new partner-in-sexy-time Chloe Frazier take up Marco Polo's search for the mythical Chintamani Stone with a group of armed criminals hot on their trail. Double-crossing and abnormal amounts of climbing ensue.

The Good: We told you it was good. But, we didn't expect a game to totally kick our ass and make us beg for more. While the plot takes a similar form as the first game—a dude with a chick problem raids ruins for ancient treasure—the cinematics have been ramped up to blockbuster movie levels. Cutscenes seemlessly progress your character through the engrossing story full of drama and deception, ultimately arriving at a decent ending tying everything together. You won't get there without taking out a small army of gun-toting enemies though. New additions to your arsenal and a few new hand-to-hand takedowns make sure you'll have fun doing so. Once you're done with the 10-hour single player campaign, the new multiplayer component and its elaborate ranking system will help kill whatever is left of your social life.

The Bad: Does not having any a nipslip from either of the two hot female characters constitute a bad thing? We think so.

Buy, Rent, or Disembowel? Buy it. You might want to play this one sober, too.
