Admit it: You’re looking forward to the Scooby-Doo movie because you’re hoping Velma will finally fulfill your fantasy and lip-lock Daphne. No such luck here, but seeing Scooby in 3-D is a novelty that will take you back to the days when “If it weren’t for those meddling kids!” was the perfect punch line for any occasion. Getting to the bottom of this game’s mystery is about as brainless as the show: You collect Scooby Snacks to defeat spooky wannabes, and there’s even a cheesy laugh track as a reward. The only thing that’s out of place is Shaggy’s voice. Apparently, Casey Kasem wanted nothing to do with this game at all. You, however, will enjoy it for as long as your Shaggy-esque buzz lasts.
