Most adventurous hobby: “Sky coasting. You’re strapped up to a glider and taken about 300 feet above the ground. Then you have to pull a cord, which allows you to drop straight down and swing back and forth in the air.”

THE LOWDOWN
Simone is the most saintly woman we’ve ever had in Maxim. You doubt it? Ask her about her old boyfriends (“I’m actually friends with all my exes”). Or her favorite bar (“I don’t go to the bars, so I don’t have a favorite one”).

That said, we are happy to report there is a blemish, for Simone once had…a brawl. “This girl’s boyfriend had been trying to get with me for a long time, so she kind of freaked out.” Take her down? “Yes, I did.” Hey, even a saint like Simone has her limits.
