She's been on Scrubs and Rules of Endagement, and has an indie film Fast Girl (she plays a race car driver, get it?) coming out in 2008. This may be the first—but definitely not the last—time you've seen the sexy starlet, so we asked Ms. Monroe about her own big firsts.

First Kiss
I remember it vividly. It was in eighth grade with this guy Matt. We were by my locker, and he leans in, we bang teeth, and I run outside to my friend's mom's van, yelling, "Go! Go!" Just thinking about it gives me hives.

First Place
I had my first apartment when I was 16. I got good grades, so my friends would be able to come over to "study." We'd party, and they'd cheat off me. Everybody won!

First College Party
I grew up near the University of Michigan, so we'd sneak into college parties. That's where my acting started — lying about the professors I supposedly had and what I was studying. The guys would go, "What's your major?" I'd usually go with something in the science field.

First Big Break
I was working at a restaurant in L.A. when a producer came in. He said I should audition for this movie Cellular. I did, and i got the part. It actually makes me sick to tell that story because it's obnoxious.

First Bad Audition
I auditioned for Jake in Progress, and I was nervous because I had a big crush on John Stamos. I was totally thrown off and couldn't remember my lines. John was like, "What's your name? Marcy?" I'm like, "Yeah, fine. Call me that."

First Political Crush
Barack Obama is crazy sexy. I went to see him speak, and I was like a fucking kid at an 'N Sync concert. He shook my hand, and I shouted, "I love your policy on health care!" I don't even know what his health care policy is, but I wanted to think I was smart. He smiled, and I swear to God, we had a moment.
