If you are currently enrolled in a 4-year learning institution, 18 or older and ridiculously gorgeous, you could star in a professional photo shoot for Maxim's upcoming salute to the sexiest campus babes in the U.S.A.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE CASTING AND / OR PHOTO SHOOT:
Email a recent photo or photos to maximcast@gmail.com (yes, that's our real address. Don't get us started talking about our server). Please include "College Girl Callout" in the subject line and the following details in the email you send to be considered for inclusion in the in-person casting:

1. Your full, legal name

2. Date of birth

3. Current location and assurance that if selected that you could make it to one of the two castings and subsequent photo shoot in either New York or Los Angeles between June 25 and July 2, 2009 (exact dates to be communicated)

4. The name of the 4-year accredited college or university in which you are currently enrolled

5. A phone number and a time when it is best to reach you.

THE FINE PRINT:
An invitation to attend one of the in-person castings in New York or Los Angeles is not a guarantee that you will be photographed, nor if you are cast and subsequently photographed is that a guarantee that those images will appear in our publication. Maxim will not provide reimbursement or compensation to anyone who travels to participate in either casting or photo shoot. Any one who attends the casting or subsequent photo shoot will be required to sign a model release. And finally, Maxim reserves the right to refuse to cast or shoot anyone whose image has been published in any media (publications, World Wide Web, television, etc.), in a manner that is considered by Maxim, in their sole discretion, to be pornographic, vulgar or obscene.
