Day 1, Hour 8 of a complete water/air conditioning shut-down here in our offices. If you thought Maxim was filled with hot, sweaty girls, then this is the time to visit. Check back tomorrow. If the water is still off I'll post another steamy photo in celebration of New York building breakdowns.
