I have a business idea for the building at NE corner of Sahara and Las Vega Blvd.
I've heard rumour that there are plans underway to model a skating rink there. I believe this would be the worst financial investment possible-the damage suits would bankrupt the business!
I'd like to make
1-a Dance Hall (different themes for different nights) with gaming
2-begin a chain: Young's Fried Rice & Curry Chicken Restaurant serving "The Dance Hall". It would also be involved as Caterer, Mobile Food Vendor,etc., as well as function as the Commissary for food vendor sale businesses (which would cook the foods and aide in business functions) ,e.g., total exploitation of "Young's Curry Chicken Stand".
