Spring into fall with these sexy UFC bombshells.

Ronda Rousey-

With female fighters joining The Ultimate Fighter house this year, is it going to be like a violent version of Bachelor Pad?

I don’t think so, but it’s all those unknown factors that are making everyone so excited for the season. They’re all grown adults, and I’m not their baby-sitter. If they want to make fools out of themselves, that’s their choice.

Have you kept a tally of your own injuries?

Not at all. I mean, I’ve separated my shoulder and my collarbone; I’ve messed up my knee a million times. I’ve broken my foot in several places. I’ve broken my toe a bunch, broken my nose a couple of times, and had a bunch of other annoying little injuries, like turf toe and arthritis and tendinitis. It’s part of the game. It’s not like I work at Build-A-Bear, you know?

Catch the 18th season premiere of The Ultimate Fighter: Team Rousey vs. Team Tate, September 4 on Fox Sports 1.

Ronda Rousey-

Is there anything that makes you squeamish?

Paper cuts.

Really?

Yeah. Ugh, I got a paper cut the other day, and I had chills for, like, an hour. I hate paper cuts. Talking about it right now makes me uneasy.

Which of these illegal MMA moves would you be more opposed to becoming legal: hair pulling or tickling?

Tickling! I’m unbelievably ticklish. When I was a little kid, my sisters would hold me down and tickle me until I peed my pants. I’m so traumatized that I go straight-up fucking ninja when people try to tickle me.

Ronda Rousey-

Do you have any prefight rituals?

Something needs to go wrong. If things are going smoothly, I get really suspicious. There’s always some kind of chaotic event that happens—I don’t have my mouth guard, or a pit bull bites me on the foot, or I can’t find my passport—and once I take care of that one thing, it absorbs all of my anxiety.

You’ve said you try to have sex before a fight, too…

It’s just a medical fact: As a girl, if you have sex before a fight, it raises your testosterone. People are fascinated by it because that is one difference between men and women. You know, the guys really have to abstain, and the girls are kind of medically encouraged to do the opposite. If it’s available to me, then I’m all for it, but otherwise I’m kind of out of luck.

So what are you looking for in a fella?

Confidence is the number one thing I find attractive. It’s not that he needs to be able to beat me in an arm wrestle, but if he’s too intimidated to come up and talk to me, how is he going to handle the rest of the shit that I bring along?

This is your second Maxim cover, and you were once a Hometown Hottie. You must really like us!
I’ve always admired the girls in Maxim. When I started modeling, posing for the magazine was a big goal.

How was this shoot compared to the first one?
It was even more awesome, because this time I had the other UFC girls with me and we had a great car involved. My first Maxim cover was playful and girly, but this one is a lot sexier and darker.

Do the Octagon Girls get into cat fights?
No! We hang out, but there aren’t any pillow fights.

Arianny Celeste-

Dang, a lot of guys may be disappointed to hear that.
Well, in the dressing room we do walk around in our thongs and look each other over to make sure we’re all bronzed up and looking perfect for TV.

Let’s move into the Octagon. How has the UFC changed since you started 2006?
It’s blown up! First I thought MMA was kind of scary, but seeing what the fighters go through, I have total respect for what they do.

Got any favorite fighters?
I love Anderson Silva. He lives up to his nickname, the Spider, because he waits for the perfect moment to strike, and then he’s just incredible.

Do you have a nickname?
I’m too girly to get into the ring, but in normal life it would be the Silent Killer, because when I get mad you never know when I’m going to pounce!

What’s the biggest perk of being an Octagon Girl?
Traveling. I loved Brazil and Sydney. If I’m by the water, in a bikini, I’m happy.

As are we. How do UFC fans react when they see you in person?
I’ve gotten proposals! It’s cute, but I have to decline.

So what’s your favorite part of the holidays?
Everything. I love the candy, the decorations, and cooking with my huge family.

Arianny Celeste-

What about cheesy Christmas music?
I get into it, but I love house music. I have a song on iTunes, “Top of the World,” with Manufactured Superstars.

What can we do for a kiss under the mistletoe?
Just a kiss? Good breath and good teeth. But to really get me in the mood, I need candles and a massage.

So have you been naughty or nice this year?
A mixture of both, but more on the naughty side. I like to keep things interesting.

Brittney Palmer-

How did you start working with the UFC?
I grew up in Vegas, so right out of high school I was dancing in shows on the Strip and modeling. That’s when I got a call to audition as an Octagon Girl.

Do you ever think about stepping into the cage?
I train muay Thai and jujitsu, but just as a hobby. I’m a lover, not a fighter.

Have you ever been attracted to any of the fighters?
Well, you don’t want to sh—you know, mix business with pleasure. I have the best job in the world, but it’s good to keep a boyfriend separate.

How do you spend your free time?
I actually go to art school. I love painting. I do a lot of rock’n’roll portraits, and I’ve even painted one of UFC president Dana White.

The holidays are coming. What’s a good last-minute gift for a girlfriend?
If you’re really stumped, go for simple jewelry or a pair of shoes, something she can wear every day.

What’s the worst gift you’ve ever received?
None! It’s always the thought that counts.

Brittney Palmer-

We don’t buy that for a second. Do you have any guilty pleasures?
Just chocolate. I grew up in the Vegas nightlife, so now I’m much more of a daytime person, and I hate being hung over.

Fair enough. So what’s the quickest way to get you in the mood?
For sex? Be a little aggressive! Let me know that it’s on.

Kenda Perez-

You’ve been in Maxim before. What is it about MMA girls that we can’t get enough of?
They just go hand in hand! I was discovered by the UFC when I was in Maxim as a Hometown Hottie.

If you weren’t working with the UFC, would you still be a fan?
Oh, for sure. I had already been to a few MMA fights in the nosebleed seats. Now I get the “blood on me” seats.

Hot! How did you first get into it?
My dad’s been training in karate for over 20 years, so I always thought he could beat up anybody’s dad.

Kenda Perez-

You see so many different fighting styles. What’s your favorite?
I get excited about the bantamweights and the flyweights. They’re so much more active, running around the cage, doing flying knees and Superman punches.

Really? The small guys?
Well, I’m not gonna lie and say I don’t also like to see two heavyweights knock each other out.

Any girl crushes on the female fighters?
I’ve met the Lybarger twins, Jillian and Jocelyn, and they’re super sweet.

Kenda Perez-

Any fun Christmas traditions in your family?
Yes! On the Mexican side of my family, all the women get together and make more than 100 tamales.

Are you a sucker for any Christmas movies in particular?
A Christmas Story, of course. Every time I see a leg lamp, I crack up.
